Equipped with the latest technology, our laboratory produces pasta of the highest quality, made with simple and healthy ingredients.
With 150 types of pasta, we strive to meet the needs of every kind of palate.
Our experience and production standards have led us to seek out the highest quality raw materials: eggs from free-range farms, top-quality meats, fresh vegetables and produce, often locally sourced.
